New Delivery Service

New delivery service of Lohaco. It was designed for improving UX from checking out to receiving their cargo.
Worked at this project from user researching, defining user requirement and conception. This service had a great influence on Japanese delivery industry.

Re-delivery rate was decreasing from 25% to 2%

This is a new delivery service for eCommerce. I joined this project from ideation phase. Repeated to research customers and competitors, we succeeded to find the needs of customers. According to it, we designed experience that is how to receive the luggage with many kind of constraint like distance between customers address and our warehouse. And we wanted to launch rapidly because we wanted to provide the service for customers as soon as possible and "the first to do it" is the most important to change the industry.

As a result, we achieved to decrease re-delivery rate from 25% to 2%, it became one of the model cases to solve social problems in Japan.

After launching, we continue to improve the service week by week.
