This project was improving subscription service of Lohaco. It was huge project because we needed to renew almost all of this function. I led and involved marketers, engineers and other designers (over 30 persons) to define the user flow and the specifications.

CVR raising 0.8pt (800%) 

One of the most tough projects I worked ever. We renewed the service, the user work flow and the system in 5 month from planning to launch. It was similar to renew half of eCommerce service because whole checking out flow, landing pages, item pages and back-end systems were scoped on. 

So I led and designed the user flow with the team below is the image I made then.
